Handling time & order processing

Standard handling/manufacturing lead time is ~2 weeks for most items unless otherwise noted on the product page. You’ll receive a confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is in transit.

We pack carbon fiber parts to protect edges, clear coat, and mounting points. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as your label is created and the package is scanned by the carrier.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all hardware and documentation included.

How do I start a return?

Email support@casanovagarage.com with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning, and the reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and the return address.

Do you provide return labels?

Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

When will I receive my refund?

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer.
