Casanova Garage LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides custom carbon fiber fabrication, auto body customization services, and ready-to-ship carbon fiber parts sold online. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and transactions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Products, fitment & installation
Our products are designed and tested for fitment as described. Proper installation is your responsibility. We recommend professional installation for carbon fiber and body components. Any modifications, improper installation, or use outside intended purpose may affect fitment and warranty coverage.
Custom orders
Custom fabrication and made-to-order items are built to your specifications and are non-refundable once production begins. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Lead times & handling
Standard manufacturing/handling time is approximately 2 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page or in your quote. Lead times are estimates and may change due to materials, production queue, or carrier delays.
Shipping, duties & risk of loss
We ship worldwide (commonly via DHL). Shipping costs are shown at checkout for U.S. customers. International customer please contact us for shipping quotes prior to ordering. International orders may be subject to duties/taxes/fees imposed by your country; these are the customer’s responsibility. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup, except where prohibited by law.
Returns & exchanges
Items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition/packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Custom orders are not returnable.

Pricing, taxes & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless noted. We may update pricing at any time. Taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is authorized and accepted.
Cancellations, chargebacks & fraud prevention
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in production or has shipped, cancellation may not be possible. We may require identity verification and may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
Intellectual property
All content on this website—including logos, photos, videos, product designs, text, and graphics—is owned by Casanova Garage or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casanova Garage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be brought in the appropriate courts located in or near Riverside County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
